TASTING NOTES

Deep red colour, ruby with purplish reflections. The nose expresses on notes of fresh, glazed spices, with nuances of ripe black fruits. On the palate, the attack is round and silky. It is a rich and elegant wine; the volume reveals an aromatic complexity of red fruits and spices. The tannins are fine, elegant and balanced. The length in the mouth foreshadows its good aging potential.

AGING POTENTIAL

6 to 7 years.

RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE

18-20 °C.

To be enjoyed with grilled meats, truffle omelet, duck breast, leg of lamb and cheeses.
