The property has its own Mediterranean garden and private swimming pool (13 x 5m) which is gently heated for your comfort between May and September. The adjoining patio is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Each room is air-conditioned and connected to the Wi-Fi. The shaded patio is ideal for your meals and a gas barbecue is available for outdoor cooking. The house is equipped with all the facilities and services that you may need.
Part of the house is set aside for a separate apartment with its own entrance.
The shady and secure car park has space for up to four cars. This property is not suited for children under the age of 12 and pets are not admitted.
It is a 20-minute walk or 3-minute car journey to the local commodities (the village’s small grocery store, bakery, café and restaurants), and a supermarket and service station are just a 10-minute drive away. The minimum stay duration is 7 nights in high season.
