The wine

"Chevalier" is a nod to this region whose rich history is marked by the rise of wine culture in the Middle Ages. The "Chevalier" cuvées are rich, complex and long in the mouth.

Northern sector of Oppède. Soil clay and sand with a limestone tendency. The wine is vinified in new barrels and aged for 6 months with regular batonnage.

Ample and generous, with a complexity that continues on a beautiful length in the mouth and ends with notes of brioche. The nose is floral with vanilla notes, the attack is fresh and lively with aromas of fruits such as very ripe and lemony figs.
